No, the Ring Outdoor Cam Plus PoE requires a PoE+ (also known as IEEE 802.3at) power supply (either a PoE+ switch or power injector with Ethernet port), plus a CAT5 or higher Ethernet cable. The Ring Outdoor Cam Plus is available in several power options such as battery, solar, plug-in, hardwired and PoE.
