You should measure the outer dimension of the old microwave. Matching the width is most important. The depth and height can be a little different.

If the old one fits snugly in a space, you want to make sure the new one is not larger, even by a fraction of an inch. Check to see if the frame for the new microwave is adaptable to the space. If you currently have a range hood this microwave should fit in the same place providing it's 30 inches wide which seems to be a standard. All the dimensions are listed in the product specifications.
