This worked like a charm. Easy to setup a time and day, they were running a little behind and contacted me to let me know that. Also let me know when he was on his way. Installation went smoothly, then showed me some features on how to use my appliance, cleaned up their little bit of mess. It would have taken me much longer to install, he was very quick. Great experience, highly recommend!

The installation of the over the range microwave was completed without any problems, and I appreciate that! However, when the installers departed they took the user manual and the warranty certificate. We reached to them right away and spoke with one of the installers and explained that they took the manual and warranty certificate with them. The installer was polite and ensured us that they would bring those items as soon as they were done with their next job, which they stated was in the area. 6hrs goes by and still waiting for the items. When we tried calling the installers they did not pick up the phone. Furthermore, when we ordered the installation service, Best Buy stated that they would comply with COVID-19 precautions, such as wearing masks and gloves, and clean and disinfect the area where the work was done. The installers did wear their masks, but were not wearing gloves. When they completed the installation, they did take the packaging materials but the installer was using bare hands to wipe the area that they were working at and did not use any disinfectant to wipe the area and clean the floor. As a matter of fact, they did not have any cleaning materials with them. We ended up disinfecting the area and vacuuming the mess left behind. I’m exhausted with companies that say they will do a certain thing, but end up disappointing the customer by doing half of what they sold you.

This installation team was amazing. Earl & Bobby work very well together. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. They quickly removed my old Microwave, evaluated the situation for my new unit, installed efficiently and securely and made sure it worked properly. They also made sure I saw all the documentation and accessories too.

Delivery guy at first said that he would not be able to hook up the microwave as he had not been told that he would need to install an outlet. He was going to have me reschedule the install. But then when I explained we had total tech and had ordered the install to include removing the hood, adding an outlet and installing the microwave, he then completed the install.

The installation was quick, efficient and without issues.

The install guys were excellent from beginning to end. They arrived on time, explained exactly what was needed and executed the plan.Wow! They cleaned up after the installation and gave me an overview of my new microwave hood. It’s beautiful!

Love this microwave oven. Bought to replace microwave that died, referenced Consumer Reports and found this oven with the highest rating. Easy to use and clean. Can cook anything in anyway. Awesome!

Best Buy installers really knew how to do their job. The installation was completed in minutes and was perfect! I would rate them as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The process was super easy, I indicated that I was replacing a range hood with a microwave. The install only took about 35 minutes. The tech showed me features and it was done.

The unstallers were great, careful, and veey knowledgeable in installing microwaves. It took them not even lo g to install the microwave. Highly recommended.

The two gentlemen who installed the outlet and installed the over the counter microwave were quick, professional and knew what they were doing. Took the time to clean up and explain some of the features. The outlet work was nicely done!!!

The installation went well. I was upset when I was charged an extra installation fee by the people installing it. Over and beyond what I paid for under my Total Tech Support Plan, which I was under the assumption covered everything needed to completely install my microwave. I should of taken my son-in-law up on his offer to install it and saved that extra cost. I do love my microwave.

The installation crew did an awesome job installing the OTR microwave. They were prompt, professional, courteous and even cleaned up the dust and residue! I love my new microwave and was very impressed by their service. Definitely worth the fee.
