“Would this work with a 2013 Dodge Journey 4.3in screen for a aftermarket backup camera installed to a factory screen? I did already have the sales code put in at a dealership, I was told their is no guarantee it will work.”

This part is not compatible with the 2013 Dodge Journey. At this time we do not have a solution for adding a camera to your factory screen.
