Will it use the factory mic on 2015 altima null

No. It comes with a mic that they'll attach near the driver. It's horrible too. Which is sad bc the system is so nice. I'm constantly told it picks up too much of the road noise which drowns me out when I speak.

Unfortunately, the factory microphone is only compatible with the original factory stereo. You will need to use the new microphone that is included with your aftermarket radio for handsfree calling and any applicable voice control features.
