“Just had this installed in my 2013 Impala. Now the My Chevy App won’t connect to the vehicle but the Onstar is working fine. Is there something additional needed to make it connect? Thank You”

• The vehicle is actually connected to the My Chevy app now. Best Buy was incorrect in telling me it wouldn’t work with an aftermarket stereo.

• This interface will retain OnStar, but not vehicle connected apps like My Chevy. Those are only available when the factory radio is installed in the vehicle
