To resolve the issue with your Blu-ray player, please follow these steps: ensure that your Blu-ray player's firmware is up to date, make sure your Blu-ray player is properly connected to the internet. Test the connection by using another app that requires internet access, uninstall and reinstall the app on your Blu-ray player. Restart the player to see if the issue persists. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset for your player by following these steps: turn the unit on, press and hold the [OPEN/CLOSE] button on the main unit and the [0] button on the remote control simultaneously for more than 5 seconds. "00 RET" will be displayed on the unit’s display. Press the right arrow button on the remote control repeatedly until "08 FIN" is displayed on the unit’s display.
