I am having the same problem, this is my second system in 2 weeks both doing the same thing not even giving the cleaning option. Have called customer support twice and both times left on hold for more then an hour while they try to figure out the answer and tried live chat and after an hour of running through different question and answers just ended the chat with no answer. I like the shaver but the cleaning system is s__t!! If your going to get this shaver, just get the shaver. Don't waste your $ on the cleaning system because your not going to get the help you need from Panasonic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you are pressing the button twice. Just put your razor in the station and lights will flash. Then press button only once and both the Clean & Dry lights will light up. Don't touch it just wait a minute or so and the cleaning will automatically start on it's own.
