Folks -- I can't figure out how to be able to livestream to zoom and to get my Windows 10 laptop to detect a second video source. Ustream.tv is no more and the LUMIX link also looks dead. Can I use a capture card via the USB input? null

Not with USB. You have to use HDMI with the capture card.
