• Hi! Kindly be informed that you cannot transfer phonebook entries from an old base to a new base.

• I did the transfer manually. Ask Panasonic Co, but my guess is as this phone is just the advanced version of a regular phone, not a smart phone, the transfer of the phone book other than manually is not possible.
