QuestionWhen a call comes in my answering machine picks it up but I can hear the person leaving the message. How do I turn that off at the base so the incoming message can’t be heard!

- Answer There is a "screen call" option under MENU/Answering Device/Settings - turn Screen Call to "off" and that should do it.

Questioni hook up the extension phone and it does not work. it says no link. reconnect base ac adaptor and when i do that nothing happens to correct the problem and i have tried other ac plugs.

- Answer Evidently your landline company has voicemail provided. You can disable the phone company voicemail from within settings for your phone.
