“Must this phone be hardwired or does it work off the internet and a router like VOIP?”

• Hi! All of our telephone systems are compatible with either a landline connection from an outlet jack, or you can also connect your modem to the phone, through a telephone cable(Voip works). You can also use your cell phone by connecting it via Bluetooth, to the phone system. -A

• I'm not very technically savvy, all I know is I plug into my internet router and the electrical outlet and it works..hope this helps.
