Do these phones work on an Ooma Voip system? null

Yes, they work over Ma Bell hard wire. If you use MAGIC JACK to connect to your computer, the only difference is that now you would have 3 phone extensions connected to that voip port.

Not sure about Ooma, but they work great on an AT&T VOIP. On AT&T the message waiting indicator works.
