• Hello. The phone system comes with a telephone line cord, RJ11C. For the connections required when using a modem, we encourage you to check with your telephone service provider. Please note that, that if you encounter issues with the sound or related to Caller ID services the phone may require a DSL/ADSL filter to be installed on the line by your telephone service provider. -G
