We live in an area with no cell service; having a good landline phone is critical. This Panasonic telephone is perfect! The phone is comfortable to hold. The ringer tone and volume are easy to adjust. The various menus and options are not complicated; you can quickly find the feature you are looking for (call blocking, talking caller ID, etc.). We bought the phone a little over a month ago. We are pleased, and recommend it to anyone looking for a good landline telephone. Thank you Panasonic, and thank you Best Buy!

Great phone for someone with mild dementia. Blocks calls well, so less worry about being scammed. Wish the volume was louder when it announces who is calling, otherwise 5 stars. I made this color coded cheat sheet, so its easier to use.

Better than the V-Tech brand which seemed to be the only budget option I have bought for my Mom for awhile that was always breaking. It's taking her longer to get used to this new phone brand. My only complaint is the volume. When someone is leaving a new message, you can barely hear it even with it on the highest volume setting, Otherwise it's a good landline phone for the price. Actually with very few people that use these phones anymore, the price probably should have been about ten dollars cheaper.

This Panasonic brand replaced my old phone. I’m a bit of a dinosaur who still has a landline phone plus the cell phone. I find the landline is so much more reliable where I live even with Wi-Fi calling on my cell phone. Very simple to use and a good brand.

Easy set up, easy steps to block spam callers with one push of a button. The ring tones are loud to hear from a great distance and caller ID says the name oit loud from the speaker with incoming calls.

Great house phone. The Caller ID screen is very visible and easy to read. I also truly enjoy the call block feature. I can select which numbers to block. It also calls out the number that is calling so if I am not near the phone to see the number, at least I can hear who is calling.

I needed a new landline phone because my old one that I had for probably 20 years was acting up. I got the same one that I had previously purchased because Panasonic brand is the best.

This cordless landline phone works great for my very senior father, because it has a speaker button for adjusting the volume to a level that works for him, and an answering machine charger base, which is also very useful. Absolutely perfect phone for our needs...its incredibly eady to set up and use and the call block button is the perfect addition! It is so great that we immediately purchased another for my father.

So far, so good! It's compact and works beautifully! I can walk around with it, not tied to a cord. I think everyone needs a landline, besides a cell phone. If the cell company goes down, there's always a landline!

Great phone. The automated call block is wonderful. So far it is working well, was purchased on 03/18/2022. Caller ID screen is very easy to read.

My original Panasonic was outdated so I searched BestBuy to find the same brand and budget-related. This new cordless is great. I really love the CALL BLOCK and TELE-BLOCK features. This Panasonic has everything I need and nothing I don't. I wish it came with an extra phone so that I can answer from a different room aside from the kitchen. Thank you BestBuy and Panasonic.

Does everything but the dishes! Love spam blocking, the no-ring time bracket wonderful. I’m 81 so it took a little while to figure some things out, but included booklet easy to follow

Large numbers that looks good. The phone holds charge for very long time while talking. Ut has am answering machine. However the base doesn't have speakers so you will hear the message through the phones which is perfectly fine for us. Seems sturdy and reliable.

old phone caller I>D> quit working so went hunting for new one! Looked around and found this one at best buy was the best choice for me! Works great for me and I hope for you as is a buy!!!!!!!!!

Good phone, easy to hook-up. Has a built in message to leave a message which simplifies the installation.
