• Hello! You can turn the feature off by pressing MENU on a handset, then the key "#" and enter code 162. Choose the Off option, press SAVE and then the OFF button.To turn it off on the base unit, you meed to press MENU on a handset as well, then the key "#" and enter code *162. Choose the Off option, press SAVE and then the OFF button, Hope this helps! -C
