Hi Jeanie! The model can block a total of 1,000 numbers, and the blocked ones will be stored in the Block a single number or Block a range of number list that can be accessed by pressing the Call Block button on the handset. If a number is blocked accidentally, you can unblock it. -G

Yes it stores blocked calls until you unblock them. And, yes you can unblock a number if you so desire.
