- Answer Hi Jeanie! The model can block a total of 1,000 numbers, and the blocked ones will be stored in the Block a single number or Block a range of number list that can be accessed by pressing the Call Block button on the handset. If a number is blocked accidentally, you can unblock it. -G

QuestionHi, I BOUGHT THE KX-TGD833W WHICH IS WORKING OK BUT WHEN SOMEONE CALL THE PHONE HAS RING ABOUT 2 TIMES ON THEIR END BEFORE MY PHONE RING. WHEN I GET A CALL THE PHONE LIGHTS UP THEN IT SAY INCOMING CALL AND THEN RING. IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO?

- Answer That's an issue with the telephone service itself. Some companies will initiate the ringing tone for the caller while the call is still being connected. The calling party thinks your phone is ringing but it's not. Contact your servixe provider for specific assistance.

- Answer I have MagicJack internet phone service. My phone changes to Eastern Standard Time and I am Pacific. It has nothing to do with the phone. You need to call your phone service. MagicJack says they cannot change it (in my case). Beyond their control.
