• To assist you more effectively, we need additional details. When the phone rings, do you see a number displayed on the screen? Also, does it have the same ringtone as regular calls? If not, it's possible that an alarm has been set unintentionally. You can check for any set alarms by pressing MENU followed by #720. -M
