Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Please perform a base reboot by plugging out the line cable and the AC adaptor from the base for about 40 seconds and then plugging them all back in. We also recommend adjusting the LCD contrast by pressing MENU on a handset, then the key "#" and enter code 145. You can choose from level 1 to level 4. Press SAVE and then the OFF button.
