“I have an older model KX-T6051B Panasonic. We recently had to upgrade our Wireless Home Phone unit from Verizon and the talking caller ID no longer works on our current phone. Will this phone be compatible for the talking ID?”

• Hi James! The phone system has the Talking Caller ID feature, in order for it to work properly, an active Caller ID subscription from the telephone service provider is needed to use the feature. -G
