This feature may only apply when using the built-in answering system, does not apply if using Voice Mail from your phone company. Not sure.

A:AnswerI looked through the manual's "Warnings and "Cautions" section and didn't see one. it does say that "No RoHS-specified Chemical substances used" on the bottom of the box if that's also a concern.

If you are referring to the ringtone, you can select different ringtones for different groups only, not for specific callers, only if you place those numbers in a group and assign a specific ringtone to that group. The main base unit has Bluetooth, therefore it will connect to a cell via Bluetooth only. -A
