How hard is it to input names into phonebook? null

Very easy, just follow instructions in book

On the handset press ◄ for the Phonebook Icon then press [ MENU ]. Press ▲ or ▼ to select "Add new Entry" Press [ SELECT ]. Enter the name by pressing the corresponding alphabet from the numbers on the handset keypad, press [ OK ]. Enter the phone number of the contact then press [ OK ]. Press ▲ or ▼ to select the desired group, press [ SELECT ] two times. Press [ OFF ].
