Questions & Answers (450)
- A: 1000 numbers can be stored in the blocked call list.
Q: how would an incomng caller know an access code (3 answers)
A: A recording comes on telling the caller to dial a 1 to connect the call. A robo caller can’t do that so therefore you don’t receive the call. We used to get many calls per day. Now we get one or two and they are people we want to talk to. It takes about 20 seconds to turn call block on or off. I would highly recommend this phone set.Q: Can you block the numbers. (3 answers)
A: Yes, you can block phone numbers on this unit.Q: Does the answering machine make a beep or warning when a message is waiting for you??? (6 answers)
A: Yes, you can set both the flashing light and/or set the phone to beep when you have a pending message... see page 46 of the manual.Q: Can you connect a non-wireless headset to any of the handsets or it just the base? (3 answers)
A: Yes, they all have a plug in on the side of the phones to connect a chorded headset.Q: is this a wall mount ? (3 answers)
A: Yes, it has a wall mount option included.- A: Yes, re read the section of the manual in dealing with the answering machine on the base unit. You have to choose not only on the base unit but on the phone via the menu button and up and down arrow key on the base phone, to use the answering machine or your voice mail. Then you have to set up the phones accordingly. The menu might be kind of frustrating at first but "play around with it". Also read the section on "intercom" calls and blocked calls. Your issue is how you have accidentally set the phones up differently than the base unit answering machine. I have mine set on 6 rings before my voice* mail* with my carrier kicks in because I'm slow getting to the phone. You can't hurt it to experiment until you get used to it. You can always go back to the initial settings. I removed the batteries from all three of my phones once to reset everything to default settings and started over. I am very much technologically challenged! :)
Q: How many numbers can be blocked? (3 answers)
A: You can block up to 1000 numbers.
