“If there us no flash button how do you pick up on a call waiting call?”

• Hello. The phone system has a flash button. On corded base unit is labeled as Flash/Assist/Call Wait and is located next to the * key. On the cordless handset is labeled as Flash, and is located above the OFF button. -G
