• A:Answer Hi! The phone has an option to call block either manually or automatically(automated call block). If you opt for manual call block, you can block the number after it has called you, or when you are being called. If you enable the automatic call block, it will ask callers to press 1 to be connected to you(or another number that you enter for the code, and it will also allow callers in your phonebook and allow list to go through)! Q: QuestionIncoming voice messages are playing on all handsets as they are being recorded by the caller. Is there a way to disable this and have it play on just the base? Thank you.

• A:Answer Hi! Yes definitely, you can turn off the call screening option for the handsets, and just leave it on, on the base. You will have to do the following on each handset: MENU, then symbol ''#'' (pound key), followed by numbers 310. Select OFF and press SAVE. -A
