Q: What is the sku for the expansion handset?
A: I purchased this phone for my dad as a gift -- I do not believe Best Buy carries the expansion handsets -- he purchased 1 or 2 extra directly from Panasonic.
Q: Can you adjust the number of rings, if so what is the most rings you can set it for
A: You can change the number of times the phone rings “Ring count” before the unit answers calls. You can select 2 to 7 rings
Q: Can you lower the ring volumn on this phone? Also, how many contacts can I put in?
A: Hello! The phonebook capacity is 100 numbers. The volume can be adjusted. -M
A: Hi Linda, you only have the option to (Auto Talk) which means that you just pick the handset off the cradle and is automatically on the call. On the handset press Menu, #200, select (on) press Save. This is on page 47 of your manual. You will have to press the end button to disconnect the call.

I can see all the number
I like this phone because the lettering is big. and if you have a hearing problem you can turn up the volume, so anyone can hear just fine.
