QuestionWhat decible amplification does the unit provide? The Individual that will be using the phone does have hearing aids, but the hearing aids do not provide enough amplification for the individual to hear well on their current phone.

- Answer Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. The KX-TGF882 phone system supports the Auto talk feature and you can answer calls simply by lifting the handset. To activate it, press MENU on a handset, then when you see Phonebook, press the # key and enter code 200. Select ON, press the SAVE option and then the OFF button. -C

- Answer Hello and thank you for your patience! When putting a call on hold, the caller will hear a music/melody. The hold music can be changed by your telephone service provider. Hope this helps! - S

- Answer Hello! It is possible to answer an incoming call on your phone system and transfer it to another handset within your system. Kindly note that the transferring or conference calls can be made between handsets or between a handset and the base unit. -C

If you placed an order for the system but it was returned to the seller please reach out to them directly for more information on the return and a possible pick-up date or hour. The KX-TGF882B phone model was initially released in 2020. The keypad of the handsets is backlit with by an amber color. This phone system is only available on one color at the moment, which would be black. We hope this information will be useful! - S

QuestionI want to be able to lay the base flat on my nightstand with phone charging inside of it laying down also. Would it have to be standing up or could the phone be lying flat in it. Used to old style Panasonic so want something as similar as I can find!

- Answer Hello! Our current phone systems are designed to be placed vertically on a flat surface such as a nightstand, a table or a countertop. We do not recommend laying the base unit or the charger down as it may affect the charging of the handsets if the charging ports are not aligned properly. We hope this information will be useful! - S
