Hello, Dean! The phone is designed to work with a landline and it supports the Link to cell feature. It is also hearing aid compatible as defined by the FCC in 47 CFR Section 68.316, and it is in compliance with the TIA-1083 standard which makes the phone system have reduced noise and interference when used with T-Coil equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants. We recommend you check with the manufacturer of your hearing aids for additional information. -C
