The Panasonic five station home phone was easy to set up following directions that were included. This even has a call block feature. Changing from our fifteen year old four station phone was easy.

I always try to find the best of everything, I think I found it in this phone, This system has so many cool features it is really hard to pinpoint any one. From the smart call blocker to the cell phone link, to the intercom, to the answering machine,(please don't leave an 18 minute message) and, amazing amount of storage. Check out all the other features at Bestbuy.com. I think you will be very happy with this unit, definitely recomend.

This set replaces a Panasonic system I bought almost 20 years ago. It is dependable and has some advanced features that come in hand such as the call block button and the call filtering feature.

Overall, easy to use. Big numbers for easy reading. I like having five phones so you don't have to run to answer the phone. I also like all the options for scam calls and telemarketers. That's a great feature.

Great alternative to traditional phone system for small bizz. Allows many features and its wireless. All except the main unit so no expensive installs. Its simple and easy to set up.

The phone works great and we love the “Block” feature that enables you to block calls from solicitors.

It's nice having a cord on at east one phone Especially when the woman of the house runs the batteries down on the two cordless phones.

I bought this phone system after my old one (same brand but about 15 years old) was having problems with the buttons wearing down! (Am I on the phone too much? LOL!) Anyway, this set is easy to operate and has some really nice features that I like, such as using the phone like an intercom! (Make sure you look at your handset for each phone as they are numbered 1-5). So nice that when I'm downstairs I can just talk to my husband upstairs. It also has a very visible and easy to use "block" button for those annoying telemarketers. Plus, the base set (which I have in my kitchen) can be set so you can answer it by saying "Answer. Call." Nice when your hands are covered in food or when doing dishes. It activates the speaker so you can talk. You have to physically hang up when you're done but still... The calls are crystal clear and it's so much more comfortable to hold than a cell phone. Plus, you can direct your cell phone calls to come through this set. All the handsets come with belt clips as well. Holds a ton of numbers too and puts them in alphabetical order. So many more features including answering machine. Great system!

Phone is easy to set up. Like the block feature, no more unwanted calls. It also announces who is calling which is helpful. No problems with the volume or clarity. My daughter even brought a set too.

Great phone system. Upgraded an aging uniden that my mom did not want to part with. She wanted it to have the feature to place a P or pause when dialing and this has it. We also set it up to read out loud the caller id. Very helpful feature, we don't have to run and grab a cordless to see who is calling. The Panasonic call block filtering is great as well, we have seen a reduction in spam calls. I like it has the feature to link your cell phone for the cases where you don't want to use 2 different devices for calls. Definitely a great purchase and upgrade would highly recommend. If we ever have to upgrade down the line I would look at panasonic again.

This system works great for the low tech senior household it was purchased for. Large, high contrast buttons on the base, simple set up, clear connections and ease of use have made it a hit. Only the basic features are being used, and they fit the bill. The remote handsets add a convenience appreciated by those with trouble getting around. Worth every penny. The only thing to improve for this specific situation is larger buttons on the remote handsets for the sight impaired. It would be great to see the Panasonic quality brands put out products that are geared to our aging population and their needs. In the mean time, this is the best solution I’ve found.

Great phone! I'm a senior and it's so easy to use. I have tried two other similar, less expensive, phones which I returned and they didn't compare to this one. The voice sound is so clear which was the main problem with the other two. There is some weight to this base which I feel makes it a superior product and dependable. I recommend this especially to seniors who need more than one phone in the home, large numbers, tells you when a spam call is coming in so you can block it plus so many other good qualities. It was worth paying more and not that much more.

Bought this for my 85 year old mother and father. Very easy to use. The numbers are large enough for them. Easily connected and very clear sound when speaking to someone.

Love this phone! It was easy to set up. The sound is loud and clear. There is plenty storage space for names and phone numbers. I'm also liking the call blocker, just press the red button and the number is gone. I was also looking for a phone with a slot for a headset and this has it. If you're looking for a good phone system this is the one.

Good range, excellent volume and easy to navigate the features. Battery life is somewhat at a slight disadvantage compared to other phones we've purchased, but all told it's a great phone to have in a large home. We will purchase more cordless handsets in the near future. Also, the 27% interest rate on our Best Buy credit card is way too much and we need a break, for as Best Buy closes stores, the distance we need to travel to reach another store is greater and we feel the in store experience is much better.
