“Phone only rings 3 times and ends or people hang up. How can I get the phone to ring more, like 5 times. Don’t see it in the manual.”

• This phone system was returned was returned after troubleshooting our old phone. Turned out we didn't need a new one afterall. Sorry we can not help :(

• Hi there! You can change the number of rings directly from the handset by pressing MENU, then the # key, and entering 211. From there, select the desired number of rings (such as 5) and press SAVE. - S
