Hi Joe! To block a call you only have to press the Call Block button on the phone. It can be used in the following situations: when an incoming call is being received, when an incoming call is being recorded by the answering system, and when talking on an outside call. For more details, you can review the information in the operating manual of the phone system, starting with page 32. -G
