• It flashes and goes to voicemail. I do have a problem with my chargers not charging on brand new phones after only a few weeks. Have taken one back already and about to do the same for another one. Very discouraging. Never had a problem with Panasonic before.

• It has a flashing light, however the beep option is also available. You can turn it on or off, depending on your preference. -M
