“Can two people pick up a handset and talk to the person on the other line. On the other phone, it says it cannot do this. My phone does it now. How complicated is this phone to set up and use? thank you”

Hi! Yes, a person can pick up a handset to join an existing call, however, the handset that the call was responded with must press INTERCOM and ''call'' the other handset to pick up. I say this because with out dialing a number, after pushing the green talk button, you can talk to someone else with another handset even though you hear the dial tone. I haven't really tried to do a three way call though. As for set-up up, I say yes it is complicated, we still haven't figured out all the bells and whistle's.
