I don't have any interference from my neighbors but these are used VOIP so I'm not sure how much that would affect reception compared to from-the-wall jack connection (if landline phone services are still offered). The gentleman that helped me wasn't sure if these could be used VOIP or not and said there's a fifteen day return period even when opened and used (I asked, stating I may have to plug them in to see if they work--he said it didn't matter, just bring them back if they don't work within fifteen days). Not a definitive answer but I hope it helps. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You will need to contact your phone company regarding this. As for the frequency, we do not recommend having two systems too close together. We might need more details to understand better. If you’re open to discussing it further, please contact Support Team via Live Chat on the Panasonic Website, Contact Us option, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST in order to determine how we can provide you with a solution: https://shop.panasonic.com/contactus . -M
