A:AnswerAt the moment, there are no plans for a multi disk version. However, this player does have a USB port. I currently have a 2 Tb external SSD drive connected, with nearly 100 movies on the drive, most 30 minutes, some 60 minutes and some 2 hours. They all play great. Most are 1920 x 1080 format, some are 3840 x 2160 format. On my 70" 4K UHD HDR TV, they all look GREAT.
A:AnswerBe sure the HDMI cables are rated for 4K video or higher and that they are snugly fitted. If using 4K cables doesn't fix the issue, and other 4K sources play properly through the same TV input, then a return may be in order.
