“I'm currently using my Xbox One X to play all of my 4K discs but I want to upgrade, would there be a noticeable difference? This looks like a good option but I don't want to waste my money if there is little to no difference in picture/audio quality.”

It's a big difference in picture and audio quality. I have the Xbox one x and use to use it for 4k movies. I had a few that didn't play and I noticed the picture quality wasn't all that great from physical media. The Panasonic ub420 has been amazing, and the hdr optimizer takes movies to another level

If you can get a good price on the 820 4K player get that one it is the best on the market for the price This player the 820 4K player plays Dolby vision movies HDR movies HDR 10+ movies with Dolby Atmos surround sound effect it’s awesome
