“Fantastic picture quality but I have two black bars - one at the top and one at the bottom of my TV screen. I have tried to adjust the video display settings on page 27 of the manual. Nothing works to get rid of the bars. Why? My TV is Samsung Serif.”

• check the theater view change to normal or standard. Go into picture setup. Hope that solves it.
