Fantastic picture quality but I have two black bars - one at the top and one at the bottom of my TV screen. I have tried to adjust the video display settings on page 27 of the manual. Nothing works to get rid of the bars. Why? My TV is Samsung Serif. null

check the theater view change to normal or standard. Go into picture setup. Hope that solves it.
