QuestionI just want to confirm, that it is possible to turn off the touch screen option. I want my son to learn using the computer the classic way and I was told by couple tech support from other vendors that it can be turned off. Is this true for this item?

- Answer You can adjust the tilt angle from straight up and down to about 30 degrees back. The only way to change the viewing angle is to rotate the base. At least, that is what I have found.

- Answer I would unplug it from the power source, wait 15 - 30 seconds and plug it back in and then turn it on. If it doesn't start normally, I would contact Best Buy, especially it's still under warranty. The Geek Squad is great.
