My guy has LARGE hands and we did upgrade to a bigger Keyboard and Mouse as he would have been hitting the wrong keys on the keyboard. I believe the keyboard and mouse would be ok for a human with small hands. We upgraded to a LED Gaming Keyboard at about 180.00 and the Mouse ran about 50 Yes, Best Buy has a variety of different keyboards and mouse's that you can choose from at many different price points.
