• Yes. Not sure about the Sims' requirements, but it sounds like you just need a good internet connection. This computer may be more than you need, but certainly will do the job if you have decent internet.

• I have an HP all-in-one with an i5 intel processor and 12GB RAM. It runs great for me. Though I don't play any serious action games and don't know the requirements for Sims 4, I do run multiple programs at the same time for my job and everything runs pretty impressively. Very pleased with this system.
