I appreciate your question. I am not very familiar with TLS but from what I am finding in my searches, it is not a hardware but rather a software solution. What this means is that once the computer is connected to the internet and downloads all updates that you should have absolutely no issue accessing your bank that uses TLS 1.2 security.
