“Can I connect these to a dongle I have from PlayStation platinum headphones or do I have to purchase a new dongle from the website I keep getting a code saying no passkey or the dongle disconnected the connection”

Hi there! These headsets come with a USB transmitter to plug into the PS4 and works exclusively with that dongle. In case that you are getting that error using the original dongle that came with it please reach out to us at www.pdp.com so we can troubleshoot the issue
