QuestionDOES THIS WORK WITH WINDOWS 10

- Answer Yes it does, I use this controller for my desktop that has windows 10. Also you can install the pdp control hub for free through the windows store as It say on the box. Make sure you have it plugged in so you can see the settings on the pdp control hub. If you don't it wont show your controller on the pdp control hub.

QuestionCan you deactivate the functions on the d-pad on pc? If so how?

- Answer I'm not sure about Windows 8. It certainly will work with Windows 10 and Xbox. I have to think it would work with Windows 8 or that you simply be able to download a driver from the website of the manufacturer. Best Buy would certainly let you return it. It's a pretty good controller I'm really happy with it. I can't imagine Windows 8 not having functionality with it that would be kind of weird but then again who knows.

QuestionWhy is it that this controller does not work with a PDP LVL50 wired headset???? It’s really fING frustrating. The sound works but the microphone does not work. I’ve tried everything in my power to get the chatting abilities to work. It doesn’t. Pleasehelp
