It was a bit tricky installing it for my sony rx100v - I tied a sewing thread to the cord and got the thread through the hole before slowly working the cord through the hole. It took a little effort, but it was worth it imo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy also claimed in would work on my wife’s Canon PowerShot. It does not, for the same reason. Luckily, we had another application for it or we’d have returned it. It is simply too thick to go through the slot, even with trying to push and pull it through. I even tried looping a thread around it and pulling it through and that wouldn’t work. Best Buy is woefully misinformed by the manufacturer, or assumed the applications would work for smaller cameras, and it just doesn’t!
