• I spoke to a Best Buy representative and they said that the steelbook is sold out. You will most likely not get a steelbook. Check your local Best Buy to see if they might have extras

• I thought they canceled my order too, but mine just happens to be sold out and be getting in a couple of weeks. It may look canceled or not showing up, but putting in a ticket to customer service: "tracking package", will show that it is still in trasit
