I'm not quite sure how you plan to use an answer to this, so I'm giving a bit more than you asked. I'm using it with the stand, not wall mounted. I measured approximately 3.5" for the monitor, including the PHILIPS name tag at the bottom of the display to the deepest part of the back, then add whatever space your wall mount requires. However, the mounting holes are above the connector panel, on a slanted part of the monitor back. The wall mount ISN'T at the deepest part of the monitor. Additionally, cables insert perpendicular to the monitor (pointing towards the wall), so you'll need to account for that on wall clearance.
