- Answer The monitor has a 100x100 VESA mounting pattern. Most mounts should support this, or you can find adapter plates.

- Answer Height from bottom of stand to top of monitor: 20 3/4 inches Width from one side to the other: 29 inches Depth from very back (bottom of stand which is farthest point from the very front of the two legs it stands on which stick out farther than the front of screen) : 9 inches. Basically allow a rectangle on the top of your desk which is 30 inches in length from side to side, 10 inches deep from front to back and the screen will reach 21 inches in height.

QuestionIs the screen glossy (glass?) or is it the frame around it that is glossy? Wondering if there is glare or reflections on the screen or is it non-glare?

- Answer The screen has a medium glossiness, and it's not glass it's LCD. As for the frame, it has a 3/8" flat frame that's a flat black and a very thin piece 1/8" on the outer part of the frame that's a higher gloss black. It seems to be very low in reflection.

- Answer I'm not quite sure how you plan to use an answer to this, so I'm giving a bit more than you asked. I'm using it with the stand, not wall mounted. I measured approximately 3.5" for the monitor, including the PHILIPS name tag at the bottom of the display to the deepest part of the back, then add whatever space your wall mount requires. However, the mounting holes are above the connector panel, on a slanted part of the monitor back. The wall mount ISN'T at the deepest part of the monitor. Additionally, cables insert perpendicular to the monitor (pointing towards the wall), so you'll need to account for that on wall clearance.

- Answer Yes, a power cable, VGA cable, an audio cable, and an HDMI cable, none of which I used. The power cable is universal and my monitor being replaced was already connected with an HDMI cable, so I just replaced the old monitor with the new Phillips monitor using the existing cables. My audio out is connected to existing external speakers, so I did not connect the audio cable to the monitor. If you choose to use the monitor speakers, you will have to connect the audio cable directly to it. Since I didn't connect the audio cable, after I shut down the CPU, I get a "Check cable connection" floating message which I just ignore and turn off the monitor by holding the off button down about 2 seconds. This is an excellent monitor for my use and I highly recommend it. I'm not a gamer so I have no idea how it would perform for that use.

QuestionDoes this monitor have a shorter stand option? I use a sit to stand desk and when sitting the monitor seems too high.

- Answer I'm a petite 5 ft 3. When sitting at my desk, the height is perfect. There is some adjustment you can do by changing the tilt.

- Answer Press the button located on the lower right side behind the monitor. Select Picture to adjust the settings. There are color calibration guides located on Youtube or the internet to help adjust these settings.

- Answer Have mine hooked up to Mac Mini circa 2011 via HDMI cable and works great. Check connectors and display resolution for your MacBook Pro; this monitor has HDMI, DVI, and VGA - so your MacBook Pro would need one of those or proper converter.
