• No. These bulbs are warm light only.

• You do need the Phillips Hue Hub, which connects to your router. Phillips just brought out a line of lights that doesn't require the Hub, but I think you have less functionality with them. I don't believe these lights give you different warmth or color settings, but other, more expensive lights in the Hue range do offer those features.

• These bulbs cover the full color spectrum...you can customize as you wish. All you need is the Phillips bridge that comes with the starter kit...won’t work without it. The bridge connects to your router and allows for many bulbs to be connected; around 10-12. Hope this helps.
