Yes you can, each lightbulb you can individually change the brightness or lower in the app. Or you can change them all at once.

Yes you just have to link them together with your hue app.

I have grouped two sets of three bulbs. You can do this in the Hue app to create a scene. One set of 3 goes on and off automatically at dusk and dawn. The second set are in a scene in my garage controlled by a motion sensor offered by hue.

Yes, just create a room name and add each desired light to the room. That way you can turn on each light individually or as a group via the room name.
